Since the first leaked draft proposal of the European Commission began circulating, and alarming many data protection experts, many of them have gone in overdrive and have already published very insightful, useful and constructive papers or blog posts or press articles or online videos analysing the two proposals.
This post aims at providing a link to those I found the most relevant, interesting and thought-provoking. The ideas expressed in these articles belong to their authors, and I may not always agree with everything (though at times, I do), but all are, without exception, pieces that I definitely recommend to anyone interested in understanding the Commission’s proposals.
Feel free to reach out to me if you have suggestions to be added to the list!
